  • Existing website was a flat HTML site that was not responsive on mobile devices.
  • Client could not manage their own content.
  • Client’s current agency could not provide them with a self-managed blog.
  • Lacking strong Google SEO ranking.

The Solution

  • Designed and developed a new website that is responsive across all devices and screen resolutions.
  • Provided client education and training on updating content in their new content management system, along with a fresh new blog.
  • Overall design was to capture the essence of the culture behind the doors of the Connecticut’s #1 mortgage company.

Potential and current customers can now calculate mortgage costs and immediately apply for a loan with the click of a button on their mobile device.

Launch of mobile friendly website will help search engine visibility and rankings (mobile friendly websites appear higher in Google search).

Magazine Ad Campaign

Design of four recurring ads in local (Faifield County, CT) and state (Connecticut) magazines.  Four similar ads with the same branding guidlines were launched for the annual Connecticut Real Estate Book.

Blog and Social Media

A new blog to keep content fresh with keywords to further enhance search engine visibility.  Current Atlantic Residential Mortgage social media sites have been linked to display real time changes on the new website.
